Works and Services (November 2005)
This Strategic Operational Plan for the Works and Services Department, Faisalabad District, specifically targets the improvement of the Works and Services Sector. The Department has a broad remit and is committed to providing quality services in basic amenities through sustainable and integrated development, keeping in view the guidelines laid out in Punjab Local Government Ordinance 2001.

Agriculture (November 2005)
This is the first Strategic Operational Plan, for the Department of Agriculture of the City District Government, Faisalabad. The Plan has been developed after a very detailed analysis undertaken of the current structures and programmes of all the Offices of the Department of Agriculture as devolved from the Punjab Provincial service under the Punjab Local Government Ordinance 2001.

Health (November 2005)
This Strategic Operational Plan for health is focused on the health of the population of the people of Faisalabad District and how we, as the Health Department of the City District Government, can help to improve the health of all citizens. It will enable the City District to achieve the United Nation's three Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) concerned with child health, maternal health and major communicable diseases.
